hotel blocks
the deadline for both room blocks has passed, though there still may be rooms available at the standard rate
driving
Both the hotel and venue will be located in the downtown Chicago area. Transport will be provided from the hotel to the venue. Always allow extra travel time, there is no "good" time to drive in Chicago.
parking
The hotel has valet parking with in-and-out privileges for $65 per day. Look on SpotHero to find some cheaper options, not all of those will have in-and-out privileges available.
flying
Chicago's airports are O'Hare and Midway, most major cities will have a direct flight to one of these. Choose the one you can get the cheaper ticket for as their distance to the city is similar.
airport to downtown
You may choose to follow the "Trains to City" signs and take the blue line downtown. This is the cheapest option available. We do not recommend this if your flight arrives late at night or you are traveling solo.

hotels
The hotel blocks will be at the Aloft Chicago Mag Mile and Hyatt Centric Chicago Mag Mile. These hotels are only a two minute walk from each other! Please book asap.
rideshare
Availability for Lyft and Uber in Chicago is generally pretty plentiful. Trips around the downtown area are generally reasonably priced. This is our preferred transportation to and from the airport.
